Return Policy

We offer a 30-day, satisfaction guaranteed return policy, effective upon date of receival. We will check the tracking for date of delivery and go off that date.  To be eligible for a full product refund, items must be in the same condition as you received them. There must be no excessive wear and tear or damage to items. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee if items are not returned in the same condition and will not issue a refund for any items that have excessive wear and tear, or damage caused by the customer. 

We do not refund for shipping fees that were charged to ship your item. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, tracking information, and lost or stolen return shipments.

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and if in original condition a full product refund will be issued, please allow 7-14 days for refund to be received.
